Good morning, neighbors. Especially seven year-old Jaxon Wilson, who’s chilling like a boss, eating a bowl cereal while he watches a backhoe dig up his lawn to fix a gas leak on Dallas Street. What a cool kid. He’s just vibing out there, checking things out, making sure things are up to snuff. I want to grow up to be like Jaxon someday.

Let’s get to it.
