• Illinois State Police say a fatality late Monday morning in Bureau County on Interstate 80 between Spring Valley and Plank Rd. exits was the result of a car-pedestrian accident.

• Cafe 129 is hosting Chef Eran's next pop-up dinner on Friday, July 12th, featuring "Smokehouse Night."
