📚Some Princeton History
I’m impressed by consistency, especially at this stage of my life. It is easy to find things that are "Spectacular" on social media, but finding consistent results day after day is rare and should be appreciated. On Monday, a friend and I had lunch at the Big Apple. I’ve eaten there many times over the years and have never had a bad meal or a bad experience with a waitress. In fact, I don't remember anyone complaining about their food or service. It is consistently good. You always get exactly what you order, with no surprises. They may not be spectacular, but they are consistent. Also, as someone who knows a lot about French fries, I think they may have the best fries in town.
