Good morning, neighbor. A Wednesday tip from Jack Handey: “Here's a good thing to do if you go to a party and you don't know anybody: First, take out the garbage. Then go around and collect any extra garbage that people might have, like a crumpled-up napkin, and take that out too. Pretty soon people will want to meet the busy garbage guy.”

Let’s get to it.

☀️GET MORE SUNSHINE

The sun is essential for human well-being, providing numerous physical and psychological benefits. Firstly, sunlight is a primary source of vitamin D, crucial for bone health, immune function, and overall vitality. It helps our bodies absorb calcium, preventing diseases like osteoporosis. Additionally, exposure to sunlight regulates our circadian rhythms, promoting better sleep patterns and enhancing mood. This natural light stimulates the production of serotonin, a hormone associated with feelings of happiness and well-being, thereby reducing the risk of depression. Sunlight also has a positive impact on cardiovascular health by improving blood circulation and reducing blood pressure. Furthermore, it supports a healthy immune system by activating T-cells, our body's natural defense against pathogens.
